What is an arborist report?
An arborist report, also called a tree report, is a document prepared by a qualified arborist that sets out the health, condition and structural integrity of a tree or group of trees. It gives you an independent, evidence based view so you can make informed decisions about retention, pruning, protection or removal.
When you might need one
Arborist reports are commonly needed where proposed works, including removal, affect protected trees and vegetation. They are also used for development assessments, risk management, tree health optimisation and pre purchase property inspections in Toowoomba and across the Darling Downs.
Tailored to your project
Our assessments and reports can be adjusted to suit your needs, your project and the requirements of Toowoomba Regional Council or your planning authority. Before we start, we agree the scope, the assessment approach and the report framework in writing.
